如何修复OneNote在OneDriveforBusiness出现笔记本只读情况
问题：
这段时间在 OneDrive for Business 上的 OneNote 笔记本出现只读情况，无法进行编辑。原因：

解决办法：
只需要额外上传随意一个文件到 OneDrive for Business 就可以了。

A number of people have reported having notebooks mysteriously show up as read-only on Sharepoint. The bug responsible has been fixed, but requires you do the following to trigger the "magic" repair process:
1.Visit your OneDrive for Business. Address is usually TENANT-my.sharepoint..
2.Upload any file. Triggers Magic.
3.Magic happens. Takes a period of time.
4.Right click and force sync the notebook, which triggers a full hierarchy update
Notebook should be editable.
